I found them via an internet search. I ordered 3 patterns and discovered in my confirmation email that I had accidentally ordered 2 of one pattern. I sent an email to customer service and asked if I could add an additional pattern, remove the duplicate, thus avoiding a refund situation.

I received a response almost immediately. They were friendly and uber helpful. They corrected my order and my patterns were shipped that day. I made one top from the Raglan pattern and fell even more in love with this company. The pattern fit perfectly.

I have used multisized patterns before so the process of tracing a pattern was not foreign to me. However, the superior quality of the master pattern paper and the clearly printed lines between sizes made the process even better. I will definitely order more patterns!
