Jeremy robinson hammer skins. Hi, The question is not dim at all. DLC pack 1 contains 3 new maps for skirmish and online play. DLC pack 2 contains 3 new maps, 2 new victory points and some new locations (contained within the maps and available through map forge. I think) Both these packs are usually bundled toghether and offer good value for skirmish play. DLC pack 3 is a big one and contains a new single player campaign (small compared to the main campaign) and two huge 'scenario'-maps for single player games.

DLC pack 4 contains 2 new 'scenario'-maps, new victory points, a co-op game-mode and som other stuff. All packs are great, really. The bundle 'DLC 1+2' offers very nice maps for skirmishes and is quite cheap. While DLC 3 is the biggest, conten-wise, but also costs quite a lot more.

Note that you can by these DLC-packs from any of the DigitalDistribution-sites (D2D, gamersgate etc). Thanks for that, VK. Much appreciated.

It gradually becomes clearer to me - somewhat new to downloading expansions and hadn't quite followed the different things being sold in the Ubishop apparently under very similar headings. I now begin to gain clarity on some expansions being more thorough, and others being a handful of maps. Is it possibly just worth buying the Gold edition, which appears to contain the first three DLCs in one shot for less than downloading them all?

If I can face the somewhat epic re-installation time that is. Cheers again, ~VP.
